AFHC Repair Quarters 82 and 86, Camp Zama, Japan

The Department of the Army, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan District, is soliciting bids to repair Army Family Housing facilities at Camp Zama, Japan. The scope of work requires repairing nine three-bedroom or four-bedroom residential units designated for junior noncommissioned officers and enlisted personnel in buildings 82 and 86. This construction project is classified under the residential remodelers industry and is located entirely on-site at Camp Zama.
