Contract Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru is seeking a qualified local contractor to provide professional Spanish language training services for adult American Officers and their spouses. Under this indefinite-quantity contract, the selected provider will deliver approximately 1,300 hours of instruction annually, split between 910 in-person and 390 virtual sessions, to develop professional, political, economic, and conversational language skills. Instruction must align with the National Foreign Affairs Training Center or Defense Language Institute proficiency-based standards and incorporate Peruvian culture. The award will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four subsequent one-year option periods, evaluated on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis.
