Contract Opportunity Analysis

Federal Prison Industries, a wholly-owned Government Corporation within the Department of Justice, is seeking proposals for glass and mirror products to support its furniture and panel factories. Contractors must supply various glass and plexiglass materials, including tempered, bronze, clear, mirrored, and laminated glass panels, split across two distinct delivery lots. Work will be performed via multiple-award, five-year firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts, with deliverables shipped FOB Destination to facilities in Ashland, Kentucky; Forrest City, Arkansas; and Coleman, Florida. Evaluation criteria require offerors to price all items within a chosen lot, submit a Business Management Questionnaire with three references, and provide proof of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality certification. Proposals must be submitted to primary contact Tiffani Balestrini at tiffani.balestrini@usdoj.gov by July 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
