Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive on-campus medical support services. The scope of work includes medical surveillance, occupational health screenings, respiratory evaluations, hearing conservation tests, laser eye exams, and annual onsite influenza clinics. Under this total small business set-aside, the contractor must demonstrate the capability to deliver these services at four geographic locations—Cincinnati, Ohio; Morgantown, West Virginia; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Spokane, Washington—either within 20 miles of each facility or via mobile deployment within eight hours of a request. The resulting award will be a three-year Time-and-Materials contract, consisting of a base year and two option years, evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Proposals must be submitted via email to wlv7@cdc.gov no later than 3:00 PM ET on Monday, July 20, 2026.
