Threat Systems Operations and Maintenance Support Services (TSOMIS)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army’s Threat Systems Management Office, through CPE ST3 and the Product Lead Threat Systems Management Office, is seeking industry input for Threat Systems Operations and Maintenance Support Services to sustain its threat systems portfolio. The work centers on operation and maintenance support for current and future test assets used to provide realistic electronic warfare, electronic attack, electronic warfare support, cyberspace operations, and Assured PNT training environments, including threat emulation, jamming, direction finding, integrated air defense systems, and radar emissions. The effort also includes providing a red force command structure for free-play training and supporting training at Combat Training Centers and White Sands Missile Range, with a strong emphasis on the ability to handle classified material and on having a Top Secret facility clearance with Secret safeguarding at the contractor facility. This is a sources-sought RFI rather than a solicitation, and responses must be submitted electronically in searchable Word, Excel, or PDF format, limited to 10 pages, by 10:00 a.m. Eastern on April 13, 2026, to the listed Army email contacts, with DoD SAFE used for CUI or proprietary material.
