The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, is seeking qualified small businesses to provide five Mettler Toledo SPE404-C weigh modules and associated components for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences in Durham, North Carolina. The contractor must deliver and install these high-precision modules to expand research workflow capacity by capturing high-frequency measurements of mouse body weight and behavioral activity. To integrate with existing laboratory equipment, the modules must meet specific technical parameters including a data acquisition rate greater than 120 Hz, a sensitivity of 0.1 mg, and a capacity of at least 420 g, while the vendor also provides configuration assistance, training, and warranty support. This procurement will be a one-time, firm-fixed-price contract.
