Carpet Cleaning BPA

The United States Air Force is seeking proposals for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for carpet cleaning services at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for carpet cleaning services at Nellis AFB, NV. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to clean carpets in various buildings using the steam cleaning method. This includes removing dirt, spots, stains, and gum without damaging the carpet's serviceability or appearance. The contractor is not required to move furniture but must clean accessible areas and closets if requested. All cleaning must comply with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor's hours of performance are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the ability to perform after-hours and weekend cleanings as coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Security requirements include carrying identification, complying with base security measures, and possessing valid state-issued identification for Nellis AFB access. Contractor personnel must maintain professional conduct, wear industry-standard uniforms, and provide a point of contact to the 99 CES Service Contracts Section. The contractor is responsible for the quality of workmanship, re-accomplishing tasks if not properly completed, and repairing any damages caused by negligence. The government will provide electrical power, non-potable water, and a dirty water disposal area. All scheduling, including emergency cleanings, will be coordinated through the COR.
