Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, through W6QM MICC Ft McCoy (RC), is seeking a total small business set-aside contract for Facility Investment Services covering preventative and corrective maintenance in Region 4 across five locations in Arizona and New Mexico. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items needed to perform the services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and solicitation terms. The period of performance is planned to begin on June 1, 2026, or a subsequent date, and run through May 31, 2027, with two 12-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services.
