The U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, is seeking market information on behalf of the Office of General Counsel for a commercial-off-the-shelf electronic records management system. The requirement is for a COTS ERM solution and related capability information to support the Office of General Counsel, Office of Administrative Operations. This request is for market research only and is not a solicitation, though DOE may use the responses to inform a future limited-competition RFQ at its discretion.
