RPR Facilities Facades, MULTI

The Department of the Air Force intends to issue a solicitation to carry out minor repair, painting, and coating works on the facades of multiple facilities at Moron Air Base in Sevilla, Spain. The work is divided into a base bid for Building 202 and additive items for Buildings 231, 221, and 203. In accordance with the Agreement of Defense and Cooperation between Spain and the United States, eligible contractors must be authorized to execute government works under Spanish law and must utilize Spanish material, labor, and equipment whenever feasible. The estimated period of performance is 150 calendar days, and the contract value is projected to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
