FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas, through the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision under Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes substance use treatment and testing, mental health treatment, and short-term residential substance abuse treatment for male and female clients, including clients participating in medically managed treatment. Services are to be provided within the catchment area across locations in Texas and Arkansas, with a period of performance from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and possible annual extensions for up to four additional years. Interested offerors must submit a notice of interest by June 24, 2026 to receive the RFP, and the notice also requires SAM.gov registration, a bidder conference on July 7, 2026, and submission of pricing and capability information showing facility availability, qualified professionals, and competitive rates.
