Description

The Veterans Affairs, Department of is seeking a qualified contractor to provide an acupuncture training course for a VA primary care physician at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The training course will cover acupuncture applications for primary care and pain management clinical problems, as well as acupuncture approaches for common organic and functional disturbances. The contractor must provide a minimum of 300 hours of training, which will include online training and three in-person training sessions. The in-person training modules will take place in Tempe, Arizona, and various locations in California and Maryland. The training course must be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
