ZYGO 3 Year Service Contact

NASA’s Shared Services Center (NSSC) has issued a sole-source synopsis indicating its intent to award a contract to Zygo Corporation for a three-year service contract. The procured services will support Zygo equipment located at the NASA Langley Research Center (LARC). Classified under NAICS code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), this acquisition will be conducted as a commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. Although the government intends to proceed on a sole-source basis, interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to demonstrate their ability to perform the work. Capability statements must be submitted to the primary point of contact, Procurement Specialist Shanna L. Patterson, by 7:00 a.m. CST on July 23, 2026. The government will evaluate all received responses solely to determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted.

The Remote Sensing Branch at NASA Langley Research Center requires a three-year annual maintenance agreement for its Zygo Corporation DynaFiz Dynamic Interferometer, which was originally acquired in fiscal year 2020. The period of performance for this maintenance contract is scheduled from July 24, 2026, to July 25, 2029, with all services to be performed on-site at the NASA Langley Research Center.
