Synopsis B-52 North Windows Ft. Leavenworth
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Army’s Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leavenworth, is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for window replacement and related repairs at Building 52 in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The work covers furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to replace 186 windows on the North elevation, repair six non-standard lunette/multi-lite windows, and replace or repair 15 mechanical openings in kind with MAPES panels or louvers. Because Building 52 is historic, the project must conform to the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for rehabilitation of historic properties, and the contractor is expected to manage scheduling, estimating, quality control, and subcontractor coordination across multiple trades. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM with a UEI, the solicitation will be available through SAM.gov, and inquiries must be submitted in writing to the listed Army contacts.
