E/Z Portable Kennel II
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, is procuring portable kennels to support a new pilot home kenneling program for canine handlers to house working enforcement and agriculture dogs at their residences. The contractor must deliver 29 American Aluminum E/Z Portable Kennel II units constructed of heavy-duty aluminum with non-porous PVC flooring, full insulation, a key-lockable door, and a removable roof and floor for easy cleaning. These units must be designed for assembly by two people using standard hand tools within one to two hours, and the contract period of performance is 120 days from the award date. Deliveries will be distributed across seven specific Field Offices including Baltimore, Buffalo, Chicago, New Jersey, San Diego, San Francisco, and Laredo.
