Fort Peck Test Flow Cultural Resource Monitoring Survey

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is seeking a small-business set-aside contract for cultural resource monitoring and evaluation associated with the Fort Peck test flow project along the Missouri River. The work covers pedestrian cultural resource surveys downstream of Fort Peck Lake, including monitoring archaeological and architectural properties, preparing work plans and literature review materials, securing permits and land access, and producing draft and final cultural resource reports. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and services, work under qualified archaeological leadership with Tribal Cultural Specialists where required, and meet Secretary of the Interior, National Register, and state historic preservation standards; the period of performance is 15 months and the work area spans Montana and North Dakota. The RFQ is expected to close on or about June 11, 2026, with solicitation documents posted on SAM.gov, and the estimated total award amount is $19.5 million; offerors must have an active SAM registration.
