Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a contractor to migrate, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 GCC High on the Defense Health Agency tenant for the WRAIR-AFRIMS department. The scope of work includes migrating approximately 460 users, 186 groups, and nearly 1 TB of mailbox data from an on-premise Exchange Server 2016, transitioning mobile device management from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune, and providing testing, training, and 24/7 post-migration support. All implementation activities must be completed within 12 months of contract award, security compliance must adhere to NIST 800-53 and DISA standards, and any delivery personnel with administrative access must be U.S. citizens holding a Top Secret clearance. Proposals must be submitted electronically to BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov by September 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM Bangkok time.
