RFI Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) W15QKN26R0008, Formerly W15QKN25X15LO
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–New Jersey, supporting Project Manager Soldier Lethality, is seeking sources for a build-to-print effort to manufacture, field, and sustain the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS). The work covers new production, overhaul of previously fielded systems, depot repair, spare parts, field service support, obsolescence management, special tools, and engineering support. The effort uses a Government-provided, export-controlled Technical Data Package, with software management retained by the Government and executable code provided to contractors, and the production concept anticipates flexible output from 0 to 50 systems per month with a six-month lead time and sustainment support for about 15,000 systems. Interested parties must comply with ITAR and submit the required AMSTA-AR Form 1350, DD Form 2345, and non-disclosure/non-use agreements to obtain the draft TDP through DoD SAFE; the notice projects an RFP release later this fiscal year and a tentative industry day in June 2026, with questions directed by email to Joshua Polonio or Stephanie Kless.
