The National Park Service, within the Department of the Interior, is seeking a small-business set-aside contract for exterior paint maintenance at Fort Matanzas National Monument’s Maintenance and Bally buildings in St. Augustine, Florida. The work includes cleaning, prepping, sealing, and painting the exterior features of the buildings, with the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment. Required work includes pressure washing, joint sealing, priming, and applying at least two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior Paint or an approved equivalent, with specific colors identified for the buildings and compliance with OSHA, NPS, and Florida Building Code standards. The project covers three buildings that are close together and truck accessible, with water and 110V power available on site, and the solicitation will be evaluated on best value with emphasis on past performance, technical capability and approach, and price. Quotes are due May 14, 2026, following a site visit on May 5 and questions due May 6, and submissions must include a completed SF-18, company quote, and active SAM UEI registration.
