NASA’s Shared Services Center is seeking an AI Government Leadership Program delivered as virtual instructor-led training for senior leaders, with the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer requesting external training support. The work covers two half-day virtual sessions over ten weeks for up to 30 NASA GS-15 or SES leaders, along with facilitated learning, office hours, pre-work, spotlight speakers, a technology platform with support, an applied AI use case template, course agenda materials, and evaluations. The program is aimed at AI leadership fundamentals, governance, strategy, and executive-level implementation in NASA mission environments, with performance at a NASA select center, a period of performance from August 2026 through June 2027, and specific sessions in fall 2026 and spring 2027; contractors must disclose AI use and meet requirements tied to covered AI systems or services under OMB M-25-22. NASA intends to award sole source to Partnership for Public Service under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), and interested organizations may submit written capabilities statements to the point of contact by 12 p.m. Central Standard Time on 3/30/2026, as oral responses are not accepted.
