Replacement of Non-functional Nikon TIRF Microscope – LCMB Microscopy Core Facility, NIH/NCI

The National Institutes of Health National Cancer Institute intends to procure a replacement for a non-functional Nikon Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence microscope for its Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Biology Microscopy Core Facility in Bethesda, Maryland. The contractor must deliver and install a Ti2E Motorized PFS Microscope Bundle, an E-TIRF package, an sCMOS camera, a multi-line laser unit, NIS-Elements software, and an advanced imaging workstation. The scope of work also requires the reintegration of several existing components from the current instrument, such as a specialized oil immersion objective lens, a piezo nanopositioner, and an EMCCD camera, at no additional cost. Delivery must occur within 90 to 120 days of contract award, with installation and onsite operational training for personnel completed within 14 days of delivery.
