AMEND 0002: Start a 10GB IPS Service Intra-Europe.

The Department of Defense, through the Defense Information Systems Agency DITCO Europe, is seeking to procure a 10GB IPS Service Intra-Europe. The selected telecommunications provider will be required to establish and maintain this high-bandwidth connection in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. To participate, providers must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both parties and will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process.
