The Department of the Navy, through NAVFACSYSCOM Far East and ROICC Sasebo, is seeking potential sources for a sources sought notice for Utilities Operation and Maintenance at Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan, to support a planned 4-month single-award IDIQ for non-recurring work items. The scope covers Navy installation utilities O&M and port operations, including electrical distribution, gas, potable water, steam and boilers, wastewater, compressed air, saltwater systems, shore utilities support, and hotel services, with facility management and planning support. The work is to be performed across multiple locations in Nagasaki prefecture and requires mandatory Navy Operator Certification Authority for both the Operator in Responsible Charge and Assistant Operator in Responsible Charge. Interested contractors are asked to complete the Contractor Information attachment, including SAM and PIEE registration status and basic company details, and submit it by email to both listed Navy contacts no later than 10:00 a.m. on 11 Jun 2026 using the subject line “Sources Sought-Utilities O&M.”
