The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has issued a presolicitation notice for the procurement of video signal processors. The solicitation requires the delivery of 10 units of national stock number 0R-5836-017424827-P8, reference number 97-2724-000 REVD, with FOB origin delivery. Due to unstable design characteristics and contemplated configuration changes, the government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, anticipating limited acquisition from the present source.
