The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard Recruiting Command is seeking to lease facility space for a recruiting office in Cleveland, Ohio. The required space must be a retail unit of at least 2,500 rentable square feet to a maximum of 3,500 square feet, with a bare minimum of 3,000 square feet preferred in a retail shopping strip to accommodate ten personnel. The facility must feature a storage area, a kitchenette or the ability to add one, a back door exit leading to the outside, and parking spaces for two government vehicles. The space must be available for occupancy no later than October 1, 2026, and the winning landlord must register in SAM.gov to receive rental payments.
