30-Day Passenger Time Charter

Military Sealift Command Norfolk (MSC) is conducting market research for a 30-day passenger time charter. This is a request for information (RFI) only, seeking U.S. and foreign flag passenger vessels capable of accommodating, feeding, and berthing a minimum of 300 passengers. The vessel should be available promptly for a charter period of approximately 30 days, with operations intended near Nuuk, Greenland. Delivery and redelivery ports will be on the U.S. East Coast at the charterer's option. A special requirement includes the owner providing auxiliary transportation for up to 300 passengers daily via vessel tender or subcontracted vessels. Interested parties are requested to provide vessel details, daily charter hire rates, fuel consumption rates, availability dates, business size, and, for large businesses, subcontracting opportunities.
