CGR Kitchen Rehabilitation Project
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of State, through the American Consulate Casablanca, has issued a solicitation for the CGR Kitchen Rehabilitation Project at the historic Consul General's Residence, Villa Mirador, in Casablanca, Morocco. The selected contractor must perform selective interior demolition and complete comprehensive electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural upgrades, including installing new custom beech wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a dedicated ventilation system. This firm-fixed-price contract requires performance within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with award determined via a best-value tradeoff process. To be eligible to submit an electronic bid by the August 17, 2026 deadline, prospective offerors must register in SAM and attend one of two scheduled site visits on either July 28 or August 7, 2026.
