Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security, on behalf of the United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, is seeking a contractor to renew watertight and non-watertight doors, hatches, and scuttles for the CGC OAK. The selected contractor will be required to fabricate the specified marine hardware and hull items in accordance with the provided drawings, references, and Statement of Work. All services must be performed on-site at the vessel's homeport in Newport, Rhode Island, and the contract will be evaluated on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis considering technical capability, past performance, and price.
