To mitigate severe corrosion issues and reduce maintenance downtime caused by frequent removals of the wing leading edges, the contractor is required to install an approved access door modification on the lower skin of specific left-hand and right-hand wing center leading edge sections. Specifically, the contractor must perform boot removal and installation services on wing center part numbers 35-12326-0003 and 35-12326-0004 in accordance with the CN-235 Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
