CBr4 Gas Delivery System
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Commerce's National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is procuring a carbon tetrabromide (CBr4) gas delivery system to support carbon doping of molecular beam epitaxy grown semiconductor devices for the Quantum Nanophotonics Group. The contractor must deliver an established commercial system that meets specific ultra-high vacuum compatibility and doping requirements, temperature-controlled bottle cabinetry, and heated injection lines, and provides on-site installation, training, and a one-year warranty. Performance will take place at NIST-Boulder in Colorado, with delivery and installation required within 26 weeks after receipt of the order. Offers will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method and must be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist Deionne Jones at deionne.jones@nist.gov.
