The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service Phoenix Area Office, is procuring name-brand Fujifilm medical equipment for the Whiteriver Service Unit in Whiteriver, Arizona. The contractor must deliver one EC-760R-V/L Hybrid High-Resolution Video Colonoscope and one EG-840T Treatment Gastroscope with a CMOS Image Sensor. To ensure warranty coverage, vendors must include an authorized distributor letter directly from the original equipment manufacturer, as remanufactured or gray market items are strictly prohibited.
