The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System intends to award a sole source contract to Siemens Industry Inc. for digital building management systems services. The required scope of work encompasses procuring control building automation systems, controls technicians, systems upgrades, on-site training, and repair or replacement parts or additions.
