Request for Information (RFI) Regarding a Proposed Acquisition Framework for USAFE-AFAFRICA Command and Control (C2), Sensor, and Effector Modernization

The Department of the Air Force, on behalf of USAFE-AFAFRICA, is seeking industry feedback on a proposed acquisition framework designed to rapidly identify, evaluate, and field mission-critical technologies. The scope of work focuses on an open-architecture, building-block model to modernize Command and Control, Sensors, and Effectors. Key technical requirements under consideration include a minimum Technology Readiness Level of 6, third-party interoperability via published APIs, government purpose rights for software and designs, and compliance with MIL-STD-882E safety standards for directed energy systems.
