NASA Ames Engineering and Mission Operations Facility Design-Build Services Solicitation

The General Services Administration, in partnership with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, is soliciting Phase-One qualification proposals for the design and construction of the Engineering and Mission Operations Facility N278. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive design-build services to deliver the new facility at the NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California. This procurement utilizes a two-phase selection procedure, and unsuccessful Phase-Two offerors who submit responsive proposals will be eligible for a $100,000 stipend to offset their technical development costs. Phase-One qualification proposals are due by October 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time, for a project with an estimated price range between $46 million and $56 million.
