The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command, has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation to procure worldwide diving and underwater ship husbandry services for government-owned, government-operated vessels. The selected contractor will perform waterborne hull cleaning, hull inspections and surveys, incidental repairs, cofferdam services and storage, non-destructive testing, and underwater coating applications. This five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract requires the prime contractor to hold an American Bureau of Shipping certification and maintain a minimum Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 status.
