The work covers an auto-refill system for two 1,800-liter day tanks at the NEC Transformer Yard, including stainless steel magnetic level sensors, a PLC-based control panel, audible and visual alarms, and fuel piping connections to existing utility day tanks. The contractor must follow U.S. Embassy safety and installation requirements, including EM 385-1-1, provide a full-time project manager, submit a Project Safety Plan, and complete required pressure and bubble tests.
