HULL CLEANING & UWILD AMENDMENT 1

The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command, has issued a solicitation to procure underwater hull cleaning and inspection services for the USNS Amelia Earhart. The selected contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform an Underwater In-Lieu of Drydocking inspection and comprehensive hull cleaning. Work is required to take place at the Guam 7th Fleet location during a firm period of performance from October 18, 2026, to November 2, 2026. Under solicitation number N3220526Q7258, quotes for this firm-fixed-price purchase order must be submitted to primary contact Deborah Brett at deborah.d.brett.civ@us.navy.mil by the specified deadline for an expected award no later than September 30, 2026.
