Webmaster/Media Monitoring Service U.S. Mission to Yemen/Yemen Affairs Unit Public Affairs Section Embassy of the United States of America Riyadh, Saudi Arabia RFP No. PR12148087 Questions and Answers Q1:      We would like to know if it's permissible to form a partnership with a Saudi-based company to bid for this contract. We believe such a collaboration could enhance our ability to deliver comprehensive services, considering the local insights and expertise a Saudi partner could bring? A1:         Yes, offeror can submit the offer by using the sub-contractor in accordance with RFP SOW, technical capabilities and other requirements as mentioned in RFP. Q2:         Could you please tell us which specific broadcasts you would like covered from Yemen TV, Al-Masirah TV, Belqees TV, Almahriah TV, and Suhail TV for the daily media monitoring report?  In order to ensure that our monitoring efforts align with the Embassy's objectives, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the names and times of the shows you would like us to include in our reports. This information will help us tailor our monitoring activities to focus on the broadcasts that are of particular interest to the Embassy. We look forward to receiving your guidance for this opportunity to contribute to the Embassy's media monitoring efforts A2:         Priority channels are Yemen TV, Al-Masirah TV, and Belqees TV.  Al-Mahirah TV and Suhail TV included if they offer special stories or if the contractor is specifically advised of special events we would like monitored (e.g., if the Ambassador gave an on-air interview to Suhail TV). From Yemen TV we always would like to watch the following: - 06:00 pm or 09:00 pm daily news and updates. - 09:30 Economy News. Al-Masirah TV: - 09:00 pm daily news and updates. - Live Military Events or political speeches from Houthi leadership. Belqees TV: - 10:05 pm "Yemeni night broadcast" Daily program discusses the most prominent developments. Al-Mahriah TV: - 11:00 pm News updates. - Friday 20:05 pm "One week of the country" Suhail TV: - 07:00 pm News updates.
