This notice is not a solicitation but seeks to gather information for potential future solicitations, giving preference to Indian Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act. Interested vendors, especially ISBEEs, are encouraged to submit capability statements demonstrating their experience and ability to perform the required work, along with specific company information, SAM registration status, and the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. Responses are due via email by March 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST, with a maximum of five pages.

The Indian Health Service (IHS) Lawton Service Unit (LSU) requires Ophthalmic equipment services for the maintenance and repair of a Carl Zeiss Cirrus OCT 5000 and a Carl Zeiss HFA3 860. The contractor will provide preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs with OEM parts, access to a service hotline, hardware/software updates, and remote support. The contract period is 12 months. The contractor must adhere to manufacturer guidelines, sign in/out with security, notify the Biomedical Engineering Department before service, and submit service reports within five business days. Special requirements include security clearances, adherence to a tobacco/smoke-free environment, and strict confidentiality regarding LSU operations. The contractor must provide a designated point of contact and a toll-free service number. Performance will be monitored for acceptable quality levels, with non-conformance potentially leading to contract termination.
