Blanket Purchase Agreement for Lease/Rental and Purchase of Equipment for the USACE Vicksburg District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District has issued a Sources Sought/Solicitation Notice to identify qualified small businesses for a potential multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This market research initiative aims to establish BPAs for renting, leasing, and purchasing various types of equipment—including construction, transportation, material handling, forestry, marine, and agricultural machinery—to support mission requirements across the United States. The anticipated BPAs will have a performance period not to exceed five years. Selected contractors will be responsible for providing serviced, operational equipment equipped with standard safety features (such as seat belts, backup alarms, and air-conditioned cabs). Contractors must also manage transport to and from work sites, field repairs, and prompt replacements for equipment experiencing downtime exceeding three days. To participate, interested small businesses must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit a capability statement. Submissions must include company details, CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, designated small business classifications (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB), and evidence of capabilities from three relevant projects completed within the last five years.
