16--FIRE CONTROL PANEL

The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia is procuring fire control panels for aircraft under National Stock Number 7R-1680-016679280-P8. This commercial acquisition requires the delivery of two new, unused, and currently in-production components meeting reference number 355A5340-12. Offerors must provide commerciality documentation, source-traceability, and an FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate issued by an FAA-approved production approval holder. Only newly manufactured spares from government-approved sources will be considered, and delivery is designated as FOB Origin with standard commercial packaging and warranties.
