This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines requirements for a non-personnel services contract to provide maintenance, diagnostic services, and repairs for Haas Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. The services will support the Regional Training Site for Maintenance (RTS-M), an Army Ordnance Center and School accredited training facility located in Salina, Kansas. The selected contractor must provide all necessary personnel, tools, and materials to repair and service five specific Haas CNC machines (one TL-1 lathe and four TM-1P mills) that are currently out of warranty. Because these commercial machines are not standard Army equipment, all diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibrations, and repairs must be performed by certified Haas technicians using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to preserve part warranties and ensure the machines meet manufacturer specifications. The period of performance is 180 days after contract delivery. Scheduled and on-call services must be conducted Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The contractor is responsible for implementing a quality control program, complying with Department of Defense installation access and security policies—including AT Level 1, iWATCH, and OPSEC training—and delivering comprehensive physical and digital maintenance reports and pricing proposals. The government will furnish physical workspace, utilities, standard lubricants, and waste removal services.
