Philips Healthcare Informatics Inc Licensing and Support Services

The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Philips Healthcare Informatics Inc for licensing and support services related to the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences’ Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS). The procurement aims to ensure the continued maintenance and support of these proprietary systems, which are critical for providing imaging services to NIH Clinical Center patients involved in research protocols. Philips Healthcare has been the sole provider of these services since 2011, and the contract will cover a period of 12 months with an option for an additional year.
