HL7 Interface Software_Sources Sought Notice
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, is seeking qualified sources to provide Health Level Seven (HL7) interface software, licensing, and support for the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The selected contractor must integrate and support the facility's existing Medgraphics Pulmonary function lab system, which includes providing software that is fully compatible with the currently installed MGC database server and existing equipment like Ultima, USB Connect, and Platinum Elite. To ensure system interoperability, the software must integrate with CPRS and VISTA imaging while maintaining compatibility with Somnoware and Cerner patient record systems. Interested businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, must submit their capability statements, business size representations, and SAM UEI numbers via email to Cory Rosene at cory.rosene@va.gov by July 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Time.
