2-1/2” Strainer for the Current USCGC 154’ Paul Clark

The U.S. Coast Guard Yard is seeking a 2-1/2” Strainer (Model#53 BTX 150#FF FLG BRZ TFE SEAT HT TREATED. 1/8” PERF BASKETS, PART: ST053025BF11TS) for the USCGC 154’ Paul Clark, with a required delivery date of March 18, 2026. This procurement is an exact replacement to support scheduled maintenance and mission readiness. Contractors must comply with various regulations, including JCP certification for unclassified technical data, FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit, and no oral modifications. The government will provide material handling, water, compressed air, and up to 200 amps/480 volts of electricity. Contractors are responsible for all other equipment and services, including rapid gate security (RAPIDGate/TWIC) if access is needed for seven or more days annually. Strict adherence to OSHA, ISO 9001/14001, and environmental regulations is mandatory. Contractors must provide their own safety equipment, follow COVID-19 protocols, and immediately report injuries and spills. All waste disposal is the contractor’s responsibility, requiring site approvals and manifests from the CG Yard Environmental Department.
