The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking a contractor to support the Southeast Fisheries Science Center's Deep Coral Reef Monitoring Program. The selected contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials to conduct mesophotic depth reef fish surveys and collect habitat metadata along the insular shelves of Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and St. John. Work requirements include performing 20 surveys in Puerto Rico and 28 in St. Thomas and St. John using open-circuit SCUBA in compliance with American Academy of Underwater Sciences safety standards, followed by data entry and quality control. The period of performance runs from the award in September 2026 through December 31, 2027, with final deliverables due by February 15, 2028. Under this total small business set-aside, quotes and a required Vendor Data Management Plan must be submitted by September 18, 2026, and questions may be directed to Heather Mahle at heather.mahle@noaa.gov.
