Janitorial Services

The U.S. Department of State, through the American Consulate in Tijuana, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the New Consulate Compound buildings in Hermosillo, Mexico. The work includes daily and periodic cleaning, with contractor employees on site only for contractual duties. The anticipated performance period is one year, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, and the Government may award on the basis of the initial offer without discussion; a pre-proposal conference and site visit are planned, and the opportunity is not set aside.
