Contract Opportunity Analysis
The General Services Administration, on behalf of the Defense Travel Management Office, is soliciting proposals for commercial Travel Management Company services to support United States Forces Korea activities and facilities. The selected contractor must deliver comprehensive travel booking and ticketing services for official air, rail, bus, ferry, and commercial lodging, as well as specialized transport for military working dogs, pet travel, and human remains. Work requires full integration with the Department of Defense Online Booking Tool, managing Centrally Billed Accounts, and adhering to strict federal security, data protection, and host-nation labor standards. In accordance with the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement and USFK Regulation 700-19, eligibility for this single-award, firm-fixed-price contract—which spans a base year and four option years—is strictly limited to Korean firms. Proposals must be submitted electronically to Contracting Officer Amber Forehand-Hughes by July 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
