Computerized Mat Cutter

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Nebraska Army National Guard, is procuring a computerized mat cutter. The contractor must deliver a complete computerized mat cutter system featuring digital depth control, auto homing, a collision detection and avoidance system, specialized cutting and debossing cartridges, design and cut software, an air compressor, and a floor stand. The acquisition also requires the vendor to provide on-site professional installation, training, and a two-year warranty for the equipment to be delivered to Lincoln, Nebraska. The government will evaluate conforming offers based on technical specifications and price to determine the most advantageous proposal. Questions are due by August 24, 2026, and final quotes must be submitted by 10:00 AM CST on September 3, 2026, to Contracting Officer Patti Lee-Smith.
