SOURCES SOUGHT - PACS EYE CARE SYSTEM FOR LAWTON INDIAN HOSPITAL, LAWTON OK

The Indian Health Service (IHS) in Oklahoma requires an Eye Care Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for the Lawton Service Unit, including the Lawton Indian Hospital, Anadarko Indian Health Center, and Carnegie Indian Health Center. This system will modernize ophthalmic imaging workflows, support clinical decision-making, and integrate with the PATH EHR interface. The contractor must provide all software, licenses, installation, configuration, testing, and training for a PACS solution compatible with PATH EHR. Key requirements include configuring DICOM Modality Worklists, bi-directional HL7 communication, and connecting ophthalmic instruments. The system must store, manage, and display ophthalmic imaging data, support real-time post-processing, allow manipulation of historic data, display FDA-cleared ZEISS clinical analysis modules, provide multi-site data access, role-based permissions, secure authentication, and enable data export.
